Cash K. Parker is a seasoned trial lawyer with nearly two decades of experience and a true passion for the courtroom. His legal journey began clerking for the Honorable Dennis A. Graham of the Colorado Court of Appeals, where he gained invaluable insights into the inner workings of the judiciary.
Cash’s career includes significant experience working in a major national law firm, and several years as a partner in one of the oldest and most respected regional firms in Denver. At those firms, Cash earned the trust of clients — from Fortune 100 companies to small businesses — to handle and try high-stakes cases with millions of dollars, the future of the company, or both, on the line. Today, Cash leverages these elite skills and experiences to provide clients with the best possible representation, helping them protect their business and personal interests. Cash is committed to elevating advocacy across the legal profession, believing that by improving trial skills, lawyers can better serve their clients and promote justice for all. Cash has dedicated much of his career to teaching trial advocacy to law students and young lawyers. For over a decade, he has served on the faculty of the prestigious National Institute for Trial Advocacy (NITA), where he has helped train the next generation of trial lawyers. Cash has also proudly coached mock trial at the University of Colorado Law School for many years, with several teams advancing to the national finals.
Cash founded Cash K. Parker Law to provide clients with elite legal representation and courtroom advocacy — without the cost, inefficiencies, and lack of personal attention typical of large firms.
A Colorado native born and raised in Longmont, Cash is an avid sports fan, particularly passionate about Denver’s professional teams and those of his alma maters. He enjoys golf, reading, current events, single malt Scotch whisky (especially those from Islay), his two dogs, and traveling. He resides in Englewood, Colorado with his wife, where he is actively involved in the community, including a stint as Chairman of Englewood’s Historic Preservation Commission.
